DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options depending on your location.
Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped. Processing times are separate from transit times and may vary during peak periods or sales.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within five business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@eumero.co and we will assist you.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us at contact@eumero.co within 14 days of delivery to discuss returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once your return has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear on your statement after approval.
