Refund Policy

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

— Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date

— Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition

— Be returned with original tags and packaging

Please note that sale, made-to-order and pre-order items are not eligible for a return.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Eumero uses eco-friendly practices and does not include paper invoices with orders. To initiate a return, please request one electronically by emailing contact@eumero.co.

Your returned item must arrive at Eumero no later than 30 days after your delivery date.

We do not offer free returns. Any taxes or duties incurred at the border will be deducted from your refund. A return label must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

We recommend using standard shipping and your local carrier, and insuring packages with a tracking number.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are offered on a case-by-case basis. Please email contact@eumero.co to discuss an exchange.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns are subject to duties and taxes, which will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
